Are you an experienced hospice nurse looking for one or more of the following? This position is paid per visit.

The position involves
- Driving to homes, assessing and caring for hospice patients.
- Providing instruction and guidance for caregivers.
- Working closely with the hospice team to provide outstanding hospice support for our patients and their loved ones.
- Providing case notes on simplified, state of the art technology.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license (required).
- 1 year of hospice experience (required).
